We are delighted to welcome Janet Lu as our Group Finance Director. Janet brings 20+ years of experience across senior finance leadership, commercial strategy and business operations, most recently with ManpowerGroup Australia.

Janet is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), and brings a thoughtful, collaborative and practical approach to the team.

As we continue to expand across Data, AI, Engineering and Talent, Janet will help our teams operate smoothly, so our people can stay focused on delivering strong outcomes for clients. What stands out in her approach is how she connects Finance with our broader business: supporting people, improving how teams work together, and creating the operating rhythm our team need to grow well.
