The Omnia Collective is a certified Microsoft partner in Australia

Certified Microsoft Solutions Partner in Australia, delivering Copilot, GitHub and Foundry for enterprise teams.

Most Australian organisations already run on Microsoft, so Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio and Foundry are within reach of most teams. Getting them adopted, connected to the right data and governed well enough for production is the harder part.

The Omnia Collective is a certified Microsoft Solutions Partner in Australia, across Data & AI and Digital & App Innovation. That status is validated through certified team members, customer deployments and commercial outcomes on the Microsoft stack.

What the partnership means to us

Certified Microsoft expertise sits with the people on the project. Our engineers and architects hold Microsoft certifications, including Fabric Data Engineer Associate and Azure Administrator. The partnership also gives us partner-level access to Microsoft's technical support and engineering teams, which speeds up resolution on complex issues.

It connects with our Anthropic partnership too. Claude models are available in Foundry alongside OpenAI's, and they run on the Azure agreements and sign-in a business already has, so we can help teams choose the right model for each use case without opening a separate procurement path.

Licensing guidance is part of the process, covering how usage is metered and budgeted across Copilot, GitHub Copilot and Foundry before a rollout scales.

What we deliver as a Microsoft partner in Australia

Our Microsoft work covers the tools people use every day, the agents built on top of them and the governance that keeps both in check.

  1. Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption: Rollout planning, permissions and data readiness, role-based training and usage measurement, so licences turn into daily use.

  2. Copilot Studio agents: Agents built around specific business processes, connected to enterprise systems through connectors and MCP, and published into Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

  3. Microsoft Foundry agent applications: Production agents and knowledge assistants on Foundry, using Claude or OpenAI models, with evaluation, tracing and monitoring built in.

  4. GitHub Copilot for engineering teams: Rollout and policy across agent mode, the cloud agent and MCP servers, plus review standards that keep AI-generated code accountable.

  5. Governance and security: Microsoft Purview, access controls and evaluation frameworks, so agents work within the permissions of the people using them.

  6. Data foundations on Fabric and Azure: Fabric, Azure data platforms and Power BI semantic models, so Copilot and agents answer from governed data.

What this means for clients

Clients working with our Microsoft practice get:

  • Certified Microsoft expertise held by the people on your project.

  • Partner-level access to Microsoft's technical support and engineering teams for complex issues.

  • A choice of models on Foundry, including Claude and OpenAI, with advice on which fits each use case.

  • Guidance on licensing, usage and cost across Copilot, GitHub Copilot and Foundry, and on where Microsoft's roadmap is heading.

  • One team across AI, engineering, data and governance, with Omnia's wider bench brought in when a project needs more than one discipline.

Why this partnership matters

Microsoft now offers three routes to an AI agent: Copilot as it ships, low-code agents in Copilot Studio, and code-first agents on Foundry. The useful question is which route fits each use case, and the answer is often a mix. Omnia builds on all three, alongside GitHub Copilot on the engineering side, so advice on the route comes from a team that works with each.

Agents that read company data and take actions need the same permissions, evaluation and audit trail as any other production system, which is why we scope the agent, the data it reads and the controls around it together.

Where this is heading

Microsoft is adding agent capability across Microsoft 365, GitHub and Foundry at a steady pace. Our job is to follow what changes, test what applies to a client's environment, and bring it in when there is a commercial reason to.
